was founded in 2005 by Jay van der Merwe, an experienced architect living in Johannesburg, after being employed in the industry for 12 years, gaining experience on a wide range of different projects and also due to numerous clients’ requests.

Architectural Projects range from large alterations and refurbishments to new residences, group housing and public and commercial buildings.

Our goal is to interpret each client’s unique requirements in creating an appropriate and accurate brief, which results in a building which best suits it’s function through creative and inventive use of available construction methods and materials.

Our philosophy is to provide the client with exceptional personal service in making their dreams a reality through the pursuit of excellence in architectural design within the established financial parameters.
